I attend the retreat in RRC every year. A few years back, when I attended the retreat the word of God that I heard, “He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep” (Ps 121: 4) touched my heart deeply. Once on the way back from Velankanni, our vehicle met with an accident and my daughter was seriously injured. Doctors told it is not easy to recover. All of a sudden the word of God that I heard in the retreat that “He who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep” came into my mind and I started to repeat it. Surprisingly she recovered very fast.

When we were coming back from the hospital, again we met with an accident. In that accident my daughter’s head was injured very seriously. Even after long treatment she was not able to regain her memory power. Doctors told us that she will not get her memory back. In all those days the services conducted in RRC and the presence of God we experienced there was our only comfort. So we attended the services conducted there and requested prayers from the fathers. By God’s grace she got her memory power back and she got the first rank in the university exam. I thank the good Lord who keeps my family without slumber nor sleep.
